We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Effectiveness Team Leader at our Perth CBD office on a 6-Month Maximum term basis. This truly is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of high performing, seasoned HR professionals.

 

About this role
 

As the Team Leader Organisational Effectiveness, you will be accountable for leading a team of multi-disciplinary HR consultants in the development and or delivery of enterprise-wide organisational effectiveness and employee experience projects and programs.  This includes the effective delivery of the key stages of Western Power’s employee lifecycle to continually enhance the employee experience.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Organisational Capability Manager in the implementation of enterprise-wise behaviour change/organisational effectiveness programs with development of robust change management plans and organisational capability building initiatives. 
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts who maintain and enhance process, procedures and systems relating to onboarding, performance management, competency frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, cross boarding, and separation.
  • Be involved in developing new processes relating to employee voice and continuous enhancement of our employee experience.
  • Support the implementation of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy in partnership with our executive sponsored, employee-led DEI networks.
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to strengthen our Career and Development Framework - identifying/developing career pathways and continuously enhancing this to evolve workforce capability toward the future of work.
  • Work with the Strategic workforce planning team to understand the outcomes of competency skill gap analyses and assist with the development of associated interventions in alignment with Western Power’s workforce plan.
  • Work with the Team Leader Systems, Process and Governance, to ensure process alignment and optimisation of HR systems to ensure it enables efficiency and effectiveness and supports a positive employee experience


About you

 

The successful applicant will be experienced and competent in the following:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or related discipline
  • Previous experience managing a multi-disciplinary HR/organisational effectiveness team and ensuring efficient and effective utilisation of resources.
  • Previous experience developing and implementing organisational effectiveness programs and change management plans/interventions that enable organisational capability.
  • Sound ‘end to end’ Project Management capability with the ability to meet milestones on time, within budget and in line with quality parameters. 
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing change management plans for enterprise-wide HR projects.
  • Exposure to leading the successful implementation of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Accreditation in assessment tools, such as, Hogan, Print, DiSC will be highly regarded.
