We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator at Perth CBD Office on a Permanent Full-time Basis.
About this role
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting effective and efficient delivery outcomes for large-scale projects that are key to the State’s renewable energy transition. You will work with program managers and cross functional stakeholders to successfully manage and ensure the delivery of a portfolio of concurrent projects for internal and or external customers. To ensure that these projects / initiatives are delivered to agreed criteria, with commercially competitive standards for safety, cost, timeliness, quality, scope and customer satisfaction.
About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
- A tertiary qualification in project management, business systems or a relevant discipline (or extensive and demonstrated practical expertise knowledge and related industry experience.
- Demonstrated capability and experience in project planning or management in a utility company, major infrastructure project or similar, with applied knowledge in either of the following disciplines: project reporting, planning and scheduling, document control and business analysis estimating, civil, structural, building services engineering, architecture, human resources etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management
