MyWP Projects is an online interface, that provides communication on Customer Connection Services (CCS) products and the status of projects.
MyWP Projects registration
All customers can register for a MyWP Projects account, however those customers who are about to initiate a new Customer Connection Services project request will find it most beneficial. Other customers will be able to amend their personal details via MyWP Projects only at this time.

Provide an email address
This email address will be used to sign into MyWP Projects.
If you want to monitor your own personal project for your residential property, provide your personal email address.
If you wish to monitor a project for business purposes, provide your work email address.
Follow the prompts to verify your email address.

Provide your personal details
You'll be asked for your name, mobile number and address.
The address provided is linked to your online account.
Please refrain from using your project address for business related registrations.

Accept the 'Terms & Conditions', then select 'Register'.
Your MyWP Project account will then be ready!
FAQs
There is a number of reasons why your project or application may not appear in your Project list.
Check that your project/application is associated with a product type that is available for tracking on MyWP Projects.
Product types not yet available for tracking on MyWP Projects include:

- Standard Consumer Mains Connection
- Standard Permanent removal of point of connection
- Telecommunication Site Sharing - New and Existing
- Oversized Vehicles
- Enquiries and work relating to Transmission or Communications network
- Standard Meter installation or relocations
Also, projects will only appear in your project list if you are logged into your myWP account.
If you would like to associate an existing project with your MyWP Project account, please contact us.
Please provide details of the project number or WS reference of the item to be added.

WS stands for "Web Submission" reference number. This is typically provided when submitting an online project application, though is not necessary for an item to progress.
Your account has been disabled as an added security measure to prevent misuse/fraudulent access. It will be locked for an undefined amount of time, please wait a while and then attempt re-access.
During this period Western Power will not be able to reset your account and we must wait till the account is unlocked.
Once a project's work is complete and the project is closed out, it will remain on your projects list for 90 days. After this time, it'll be removed completely from your list.
MyWP Projects system requirements
To experience MyWP Projects in the best way, we recommend accessing it via a desktop computer using the latest version of your chosen web-browser. An optimised mobile version will be available in the future.
Note: You can check what the latest browser versions are on the browser update website. Keep in mind you should always consider impacts to other applications before choosing to upgrade.
